As a Quilter customer, you automatically have your own online account in our online Customer Centre where you can:

  • see how your money is performing
  • see all your savings with Quilter's platform in one place
  • go paperless to reduce unnecessary admin.

How will my online account benefit me?

More and more customers are using the online Customer Centre to help them to feel more engaged and confident about their savings. With your online account, you can:

  • easily access your investments on your mobile, tablet or computer, in one secure place
  • get an instant valuation of your investments, 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • track your investments' performance, helping you to see how your money is doing
  • check if a transaction has gone through, including money paid in and out
  • keep your personal details up to date (such as your email address and security information)
  • change your fund choice, including for future contributions
  • store your documents and reduce paperwork by choosing to receive online communications.
