If you’re new to Quilter but want to register for the Quilter Platform, speak to our helpful Quilter Platform team today. Once you’ve had a conversation with us, there are three simple steps to get started.

Three simple steps will get you started on the platform:

1. Read our terms of business

Read our Intermediary Terms of Business document and any supporting intermediary documents that may be relevant to your business.

2. Register your details with us

If your firm is directly authorised, you will need to register for our Terms of Business which you can do through Origo's Agency Registration Service. This service allows you to complete an online application for Terms of Business which is then issued to us, and any other participating product providers with whom you wish to establish a relationship. Alternatively, please print and return our Intermediary Registration Form.

 

If you are a subsidiary account of a directly authorised firm, you can register by posting or emailing WFPAMAdviserServicing@quilter.com the following:

  • the name and FCA number of the directly authorised firm
  • the name and FCA number of the appointed representative firm
  • firm name and address

3. Choose a ‘Master User’ for your company

A master user should be a person of authority at your company who can be responsible for managing the user details for your firm’s account with Quilter.

Master users can:

  • create and maintain other users within your firm
  • transfer clients between advisers
  • access MI reports for your business

We recommend having more than one master user in case of absence.

If you complete our Intermediary Terms of Business form in step 2, you can enter the details of your master users on there. Otherwise your authorised signatory can complete our master user registration form and send it to us following the instructions on the form after you have registered your details with us.

What happens next?

We will confirm completion of your registration by emailing the individual who requested the new agency.

Once you have requested your Master User in step 3, we will create a login for you to access the platform. To log on, simply visit our login page.

From there, your Master User can set up additional roles and access such as advisers and administrators in each of your office locations.
