Suspension of Dealing Details The discontinuing funds will cease dealing from 12:00 noon (11:00am AVP) on Monday 21 June 2021. The continuing funds will not be suspended during the merger. Direct Debits DDs from Tuesday 22 June 2021 will buy units proportionately across other assets in customers’ Direct Debit instructions, or cash if the merging fund is the only fund in the instruction. DDs after the merger will be redirected into the continuing funds. Phased Investment & Rebalancing Phased investment and rebalancing will automatically continue. Future instructions will be reapportioned across the other funds in the instruction, or cash if the merging fund is the only fund in the instruction.

3. Fund objectives  
Previous fund objective To deliver a high level of income with potential for capital growth over the long term (5 years or more). The fund aims to deliver a net target yield of at least the net yield of the MSCI World index each year by investing 95% (minimum 80%) in equities or equity related derivatives but may also invest in collective investment schemes (up to 10% of Fund assets), corporate debt securities, other transferable securities, money market instruments, warrants, cash and deposits.
New fund objective To generate income with the potential for long term (5 years or more) capital growth. The fund aims to deliver a net target yield of at least the net yield of the MSCI World Index each year by investing at least 80% in shares of companies across the world and may also invest up to 20% in other eligible asset classes.
